Any Kleen Slate recurring service can be customized to your needs, priorities, home, and budget. During the initial in-home consultation, we discuss what matters most, determine which rooms and services should be included, and establish a customized cleaning plan with a realistic allotted time frame.
The plan can be adjusted over time as your household, priorities, and cleaning needs change. Kleen Slate provides professional weekly, biweekly, and monthly residential cleaning throughout Utah County, and has served local homeowners since 2017.

Recurring cleaning should not mean cleaning the same basic surfaces while overlooked details continue to build up. Each recurring visit includes one room or area of your choosing that receives additional deep-cleaning attention. You can select the area that needs it most, or we can establish a rotation through the home.

For staff safety and to protect furnishings and flooring, our team does not move couches, heavy chairs, or other large or heavy furniture. We clean underneath and around these items where reasonably accessible without moving them.
Choose the schedule that fits your home
Weekly cleaning is ideal for busy households, larger homes, families with children or pets, and clients who want their home maintained at a consistently high level.
Biweekly cleaning is our most popular option: professional maintenance every two weeks that helps us stay ahead of dust, bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, pet hair, and everyday buildup.
Monthly cleaning works well for lower-traffic households or clients who maintain some cleaning between professional visits. Because more time passes between appointments, monthly service can require additional cleaning time depending on the size, use, and condition of the home.
A detail most services skip
As part of recurring maintenance cleaning, our team spot checks accessible interior windows throughout the home and cleans noticeable fingerprints, smudges, pet marks, and similar spots as needed.
Full interior window cleaning and window tracks can be incorporated into the rotating deep-cleaning service or scheduled separately.

Open any room type below to see what a recurring visit covers. As part of every visit, our team also spot checks accessible interior windows throughout the home and cleans noticeable fingerprints, smudges, and pet marks as needed.
If the dishwasher is empty, we will load one dishwasher. If there are more dishes than will fit, we do our best to work around the remaining dishes and stack them neatly in the sink. Excessive dishes, food residue, grease, or heavier than normal buildup requires additional time; when needed, the kitchen may become the designated deep-cleaning area for that visit.
Significant hard-water, mineral, or soap-scum buildup requires additional cleaning time and may become the deep-cleaning focus for that visit.
If desks, tables, shelving, or other office surfaces contain a large amount of paperwork or work materials, our team cleans around those items to the best of our ability. We do not move, stack, reorganize, or determine where important paperwork belongs.
Our team takes appropriate care around electronic components, touchscreens, specialty finishes, and equipment requiring manufacturer-specific cleaning methods.
We ask that toys and personal belongings be picked up before our arrival so our team can focus on cleaning and sanitation rather than organization.
Before we arrive
We ask that rooms be reasonably picked up before our team arrives. Please put away clothing, shoes, toys, papers, personal belongings, items covering countertops, excess items on floors, and other household clutter that prevents access to surfaces. Our staff's focus is professional cleaning and sanitation rather than putting items away or organizing the home.
If tabletops, dresser tops, countertops, desks, nightstands, or other surfaces are covered with excessive items, our team will not remove or reorganize those belongings to clean underneath them. We clean accessible portions to the best of our ability; surfaces that cannot reasonably be accessed will be skipped.
Built around real life
When one area requires significantly more attention than expected, that room or area can become the deep-cleaning focus for that visit. If the home regularly requires more or less time than originally estimated, we can discuss adjusting the cleaning plan or scheduled hours.

Simple, Honest Pricing

Recurring cleaning is charged by the hour, at $55 per cleaner, per hour. For example, four cleaners working for one hour equals four hours of cleaning time, or $220. This hourly approach lets our team clean what the home actually needs at each visit rather than rushing through a fixed-price service.
