Please note: this service includes light organization only. We do not sort through personal belongings; haul away garbage, unwanted items, or donate belongings; or dispose of hazardous materials. Large or heavy items must remain in place unless prior arrangements are made.
Kleen Slate charges a flat $55 per cleaner, per hour, with professional supplies, equipment, and insurance included. Because every home is different, we start with a free in-home walkthrough and give you a personalized bid — including the hours your home will need — before we begin.
Every recurring visit covers the kitchen (countertops, sinks, appliance exteriors, microwave, stovetop, floors), bathrooms (counters, mirrors, toilets, showers, tubs, floors), common areas, and living areas and bedrooms (dusting, floors, garbage removal, bed making) — plus laundry rooms, mudrooms, and home gyms.
A deep cleaning includes everything in our recurring service, plus baseboards, doors, spot-cleaned walls, light fixtures, interior windows and window tracks, vacuumed upholstered furniture, cleaning behind and beneath furniture, and corner-to-corner cobweb removal.
Our move-in/move-out cleaning includes the full deep clean plus cabinets, drawers, and appliances cleaned inside and out — so the home is genuinely ready to hand over, or move into, with nothing left behind.
It depends on your home’s size and condition — and because we charge per cleaner, per hour, a larger team finishes sooner at the same total cost. Your free in-home bid includes a clear estimate of the hours your home will need.
